Located on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Beach, 25 km from St. Augustine. The property fronts an Atlantic Ocean beach with 2 private beach access points via 250-foot boardwalks. Each condo is approximately 950 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Resort features 2 swimming pools (1 heated in winter), 5 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, pickleball court, 2 shuffleboard courts, bocce ball court, and fishing ponds. The property includes a pavilion with 2 grills and seating for 20 people. On-site office with full-time staff available 6 days a week and 24/7 check-in through CSO Entrance Gate Station. Clubhouse available for rent ($500 daily plus $175 housekeeping fee) with optional set-up service ($100). Free daily activities available through Xplorie program including Marineland Dolphin Adventure, Old Town Trolley Tours, and Ghost & Gravestone Tour.

Near Ocean units offer angled Atlantic Ocean views or property views, with elevator access in Ocean Front buildings. All units feature air conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable channels, DVD player, private bathroom with hot tub, hairdryer, free toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and private balcony or patio.
