The property includes a pavilion with 2 grills and seating for 20 people. On-site office with full-time staff available 6 days a week and 24/7 check-in through CSO Entrance Gate Station. Clubhouse available for rent ($500 daily plus $175 housekeeping fee) with optional set-up service ($100). Free daily activities available through Xplorie program including Marineland Dolphin Adventure, Old Town Trolley Tours, and Ghost & Gravestone Tour.

Ocean Front units provide direct beach access with first floor patios opening to a grass area leading to the beach. Second and third floor units offer views of the beach from both balcony and master bedroom window. Courtyard Villa units are located in 5 standalone buildings with hot tubs in center courtyards. Near Ocean units offer angled Atlantic Ocean views or property views, with elevator access in Ocean Front buildings. All units feature air conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable channels, DVD player, private bathroom with hot tub, hairdryer, free toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and private balcony or patio.
